Shipping in Australia
Currently, UNHNGD_ DESIGNS proudly ships within Australia only. We're working hard to potentially expand to New Zealand in the future as our production grows. We appreciate your patience and support!
Calculating your shipping costs
We keep our shipping costs simple! At the moment, we use a flat rate depending on the size of your order. This means no surprises at checkout. Just select your items and see the straightforward shipping cost applied.
Our returns policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to sort it out.
Because many of our products are made specifically for you, custom-made, personalised, paint-matched and custom-graphic items cannot generally be returned or exchanged for change of mind once production has begun.
For standard non-custom items, please contact us to discuss a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
